Waterford
An ‘eyesore’ built in the 80’s on an awkward plot, it was carefully re-configured to maximize its potential. Externally, mouldings, ashlar rendering, traditional sash windows and bespoke metalwork took their inspiration from the best examples in the street.
Internally, the double width was utilized on every floor to maximize the sense of lateral space. A new staircase fitting the house’s ‘Georgian’ inspiration ran from the loft down to the new basement which included an original wine cellar.
